Since 2013
Funway was set up in 2013. From that year, we devoted into the festive and party supplies. Nowadays, we have developed a series decoration items and promotion gifts for different kinds festivals and events.
With self-owned factory of 1000-square-meter workroom, we have full rage of production machine for paper cutting, paper folding, steel wire handling, products assembling line etc. Just for this reason, not only customized bulk order we accepted, but also small orders for any wholesaler or distributor are welcome.
Due to well organized design team, production department, we are always ready to supply products with better quality and favorable cost.

In 2016, Funway export department was set up. We began to export by ourselves.
To meet clients’ requests from different countries and areas, we have got the certifications of CE, REACH, LFGB test for our products. They are mainly exported to European and American area.

Questions And Answers
At present, there are many fraud suppliers in the international business, if you buy stone products from China for the first time, we suggest you should do the following things to protect your business:
1. Check the company stamp or certificate. For the legal company, their formal stamp (round shape and there is one five pointed star in the middle) and certificate is authorized by goverment.
2. Check the bank account. In China, the legal company should open company bank account at the formal commercial or national bank.
3. If their price is very very cheap, it’s much cheaper than all of other suppliers, and the payment terms is very good for you, for example, 10% in deposit, you can pay the balance after you receive all of products, you should be careful, the supplier maybe just want to get your deposit.
4. Ask your friend or the third party to inspect the company or factory.
Step1. Specific INQUIRY should be sent to us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or online message, including the products, size, quantity, color etc..
Step 2. Our sales will offer you QUOTATION within 24 hours once we receive your inquiry.
Step 3. Further discussion about the price, processing, color, quality, delivery time, freight cost, payment, sample etc.
Step 4. We make Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract for your confirmation,then you would confirm the PI or contract. To arrange deposit by TT or Open L/C, we’ll start production once receiving the deposit or L/C.
Step 5. After shipment,we will fax or send scaned B/L to clients, then clients should pay the balance. Or we present all of documents with L/C to the bank.
Step 6. Send all of original documents to clients or make the telegraphic release as soon as receiving the balance of payment.
Yes, just specify your requirement. We usually supply samples as per your actual order, they are available free of charge ex-factory, but the courier cost are collected except for some long-term partners.
NOTE:
There are two payment methods for sending samples.
1. Courier: Your courier account number is requested. Please ensure that it allows for incoming charges.
2. If you do not have a courier account, payment can be made by Western Union, or Paypal or T/T. We would then pre-pay for your sample’s freight to the courier company.
It depends on what you are buying.
To help our clients to reduce their sales and storage cost, normally, the MOQ of most of our items are small.
If for speical OEM items, we would like to negotiate the MOQ with our clients firstly.
It depends upon order amount. If it is less then US$5000.00, we suggest to proceed as full T/T before production, to save bank fee for both of us. If it is over US$5000.00, we will proceed as 30% advance by T/T, and balance before shipment or upon the presentation of B/L.
About small order, we usually have store available, it takes 3~7days around. If for large order or customized order, it would takes 25days around.
For each order, no matter it is small or big, we will have our Quality Inspectors to be responsible for quality testing of all raw materials and finished products. Each order will be followed and monitored from beginning to end by experienced QC inspectors to ensure quality standards and punctual delivery. In addition, we also welcome clients to monitor product quality by either personally visiting our production areas or employing third party independent inspection companies.
Quality is the life of an enterprise. It is our principle that we will not ship any unqualified goods to our customers.
About shipment, we could ship by express or by air for small and urgent needed order. It takes 7~10days only.
If for large order, we could ship by seaway or by train, which would be at cheap shipping rate, but it would takes about 25~35days around.
We could check the shipping cost with our shipping forwarder, and quote you for your reference. You could also check with your forwarder as well, to choose the best one to arrange the shipment.
When you receive cargos, please let us know the quality problem in one month, by presentation of photos or videos, we will negotiate with you for the compensation.
If the problem is caused by third party or it is force majeure, it would be out of quality warranty.
The price is always changed as per order quantity. And the price is always depends on quality.
We shall do best to offer the most favourable cost for you, no matter in first purchase or second order. So when order again, we would like to negotiate with you again for the cost.
